Successful candidates willhave a once-in-a-career opportunity to be a part of our new ResidentialCenter for Healing and Resilience, a 64-bed psychiatric residentialtreatment facility (PRTF) for youth, at our beautiful 258-acre Hands ofPromise Campus in Idahos Treasure Valley.
As a Residential Therapist, you will be directly involved in nurturingthe hope, healing, and resilience for the youth in our care at the RCHR.You will be a force for positive change in a young persons life whenthey need it most.
Our Residential Therapists:
Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessionsUtilize therapeutic techniques that are trauma oriented,evidence-based, and age appropriatePrepare psychotherapy documents encompassing all patient care andensures mental health forms are complete and accurateProvide assessments that are consistent with the age group andpopulation involved, demonstrates full understanding, and identifiesmental health issuesMay have scheduled sessions in the late afternoon/evenings or onweekends, as scheduling is dependent on the needs and availabilityof the clientRotate on-call dutiesMust haves:
Masters degree in a human services field: social work, counseling,psychology, or marriage and family therapyLicensed as LMSW, LCSW, LMAFT, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, or PhDA valid Idahos drivers license or obtain one within 15 days of hire,as a condition of continued employmentBe at least 25 years of ageWhat do we offer?
