  Stage Management Lecturer Search Ad

  The Department of Theatre Arts at the University of Miami is accepting applications for a full-time lecturer position with a teaching specialization in Stage Management for the academic year 2024-25, starting August 15, 2024. This is a full-time, nine-month appointment. Responsibilities include instruction of stage management and other theatre courses, mentorship of stage management students, supervision of stage management students in department productions, and serving as stage manager for department productions when needed. Other responsibilities for full-time Theatre Arts lecturers include participation in department meetings, academic advisement, student recruitment, and curricular development.

  Minimum qualifications include MFA degree in Theatre, professional stage management experience, and experience teaching at the college level.
