Job Description Summary
An exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate capital equipment focused Territory Sales Manager to join the QLD BD ROWA Dispensing Retail International (DRI) team responsible for BD ROWA. You will be partnering with existing customers and establishing new relationships with an aim to grow the BD market share across QLD. This is an exciting, varied and challenging role, which will involve developing and maintaining key customer relationships, understanding relevant unmet customer needs in the area of pharmacy dispensing by implements BD product solutions that will result in positive outcomes.
The Dispensing Retail Territory Manager will work in the DRI sales team and will also work closely with marketing, workflow design, sales support and other support functions in place to ensure a market leading customer experience and service delivery to their customers.

Responsibilities:
Drive the performance of the territory by growing the sales orders and revenues of BD Rowa robotic automation and digital solutions to community pharmacies (Independents & Banner Groups).
Segment the QLD Territory and prioritise your accounts, to enable you to formulate a strategy and plan to execute your activities against.
Prospect, develop and manage this community pharmacy segment to commercialise the full BD Rowa product range and solution offering.
Build and maintain a healthy and accurate pipeline of opportunities. You will need to work closely with the Sales leadership team to support accurate demand analysis and order forecasting.
Document and update all sales opportunities in the BD customer relationship management (CRM) tool weekly.
Engagement with Marketing on all your prioritised local and national marketing initiatives and campaigns such as digital campaigns (e.g., marketing automation, newsletter, social media); content creation (case studies, white paper, flyer etc.).
Participation in external local and national conferences, trade shows and events.
Create and maintain business critical relationships to customer associations, partners and other market relevant companies within the defines sales territory and market.
Preparation and participation of quarterly business reviews with the sales leadership team.
Communication of updates to all relevant sales support functions and internal stakeholders on activities and developments on your defined territory.
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience selling into the retail / community pharmacy sector across QLD.
Passion and enthusiasm for advancing healthcare with innovative technology.
A consultative sales approach
3+ years’ direct selling experience (ideally into the pharmacy sector).
Excellent communication and organisational skills with an attention to detail.
The ability to influence others and create and develop robust business plans.
Self-motivated, focused and an ability to demonstrate drive and ambition to deliver excellence to their customers.
Proactive, self-confident, creative and a strategic thinker. Ability to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel; PowerPoint; Word).
The successful candidate will ideally have experience in selling automation capital and /or digital hardware & software solutions into retail pharmacists
Ideally have an in-depth knowledge of the micro and macro pharmacy environment in Australia and an established industry network in place to leverage.
A ‘hunter’ and have a proven ability to develop new business and demonstrate excellence in executing on the close.
They will be a pro-active self-starter and able to work with a wide network of internal stakeholders.
Other:
Some weekend work may be required as will out of normal business hours work.
Domestic travel may be required.
Driver’s license essential.
