Job Title: Territory Representative
Reports to: Assistant Brand Manager
The Role
The Territory Representative is a compassionate solution finder with excellentlistening skills. The Territory Representative will support the customerexperience department by delivering an elevated customer service experiencewhile providing problem-solving skills for inquiries from assigned salesaccounts to resolve customers' concerns such as product knowledge,pricing, order placement, returns and shipping questions. A strongcandidate for the role is able to maintain a positive outlook while providingquick resolutions to meet customers' needs.
Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:Answer inbound calls from dealers, sales representatives and in-housedepartments in order to assist and research various questions in a timelymanneProcess orders, returns, modifications, credit memos and debit memos fordealers and sales representativesAdditional order management activities with timely order shipment follow upProvide regular reporting to sales teamsCommunicate effectively with various in-house departments to ensure accuracyand timeliness with wholesale ordersBuild customer relationships - earn their loyalty and trust by being kind andhelpfulAdhering to department policies regarding wholesale orders processes
