  Do you have a brief description of this position you would like us to fill?

  The candidate shall be responsible for Offer management of High Voltage Gas Insulated Switchgear for Export markets. A highly agile solution minded professional who can think out of the box and consistently exceed business expectations working in a deadline consciousness environment while striking a right balance between Siemens solutions & customers’ expectations.

  Responsibility :

  Analyze SLD, Section drawings, technical specifications of GIS substation and configure right GIS solutions based on site layout conditions.

  Advocate customers on innovative and optimized solutions optimizing substation complexity & life cycle costs.

  Hands-on technical knowledge & expertise in GIS technology, prepare techno commercial offers independently with thorough understanding of customer requirements.

  Timely submission of clarifications/offer meeting customer deadlines while complying to internal processes.

  Evaluation of tender terms and conditions to arrive at risks & opportunity involved in the bid and prepare suitable mitigation plan for arriving at right decisions.

  Submission of pre bid clarifications and proactive follow-up with regions/customers for technical & commercial closure.

  Defining Go to Market Strategy, driving portfolio competitiveness by promoting value selling points to customers.

  Should be flexible to adopt to different regions/markets/products as per business priorities progressively.

  To be able to lead & collaborate with Regional Companies, Customers in establishing strong networking & relation, understanding the intercultural sensitivity.

  Prepare monthly MIS reporting (Eg: Order forecast analysis, Go rate, Get rate, Competitor landscape analysis etc.,) for the responsible regions & products.

  Drive Homologation in Export Markets by transforming customer expectations to internal value chain efficiently and ensure successful qualification of products and factory processes in line with end user requirements.

  Qualification & Skills:

  B.E/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in handling High voltage GIS/Switchgear preferably in exports markets.

  Very good technical know-how on Gas Insulated substation configurations.

  In depth knowledge on Commercial terms and conditions, Export control & taxation guidelines.

  Knowledge on International regulations, technical standards, Legal regulations for overseas markets

  Clear understanding of entire Offer - Commissioning process of GIS Substation.

  A very good Team Player with high commitment/willingness to go beyond extra mile.

  Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Power Points and working knowledge of MS office tools like MS Projects, Power BI etc added advantage.

  Agile to work in complex, dynamic & deadline consciousness environment.

  Good understanding of Incoterms, Payment terms, FOREX, contractual liabilities.

  Professional expertise in MS Office (Eg: Excel, Power point, SAP, Share points, SFDC)

  Extraordinary Intercultural sensitivity and ability to work in a multi-national and multi-cultural team.

  Excellent written & verbal communication, presentation & negotiation skills with foreign language expertise will be an added advantage.
