FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network's national content.

JOB DESCRIPTIONWTXF Fox 29 is currently seeking an experienced Technical Director to assist with the production of a Fox First Run program. This temporary position begins in August and extends through December. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency with the operation of Sony production switchers and Ross camera robotics. First-hand knowledge of Sony ELC automation is beneficial, and the ability to operate a broad range of broadcast production equipment is a plus. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Prospective candidates need to have availability Monday through Thursday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility for extra hours on Fridays. An Associate's Degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school is advantageous, and at least 2 years of experience as a Technical Director is required.#LI-AP2
