About Temporary Part-time Receptionist

　　Spherion Staffing is looking for a temporary Receptionist to assist all internal and external customers with sales, upgrades, and counter sales projecting a professional and energetic first impression. In this role you will ensure that all incoming correspondence is routed to the appropriate parties within a timely matter and handle office administrative duties. Monday & Wednesday 8am - 4pm, may be an option to pick up additional days as needed Pay $18/hour Responsibilities: -Assist with walk-in customer sales and upgrades to equipment as needed -Answer phones -Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate personnel -Additional projects -Greet all customers in a positive, energetic matter -Maintain and facilitate order of office, janitorial, and miscellaneous supplies being cost effectiveness (to include business cards). -Process and distribute all incoming and outgoing mail to appropriate personnel. -Prepare, manage and review paperwork as assigned by Customer Service Manager/Coach
