Teller - Northfield (Full-Time) OVERVIEW Serves the publicand promote good customer relations reflecting the Bank\'s communityimage. Performs all duties in accordance with prescribed regulatorycompliance guidelines. Processes a wide variety of transactions toservice customers in conformance with established Bank policies andprocedures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES Provides efficient,effective and courteous customer service. Performs a wide variety oftransactions including processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, checkcashing, sale of bank checks, etc. Ensures accuracy of actions. Balancestransactions and cash and participate in the branch settlement. Performsa variety of operational tasks, e.g. check scanning, etc. Ensures thattransactions are processed with the proper documentation in compliancewith applicable laws and regulations. Maintains updated knowledge of theBank\'s products and services. Makes referrals as appropriate. Settlesand balances the ATM. Performs a variety of clerical support duties,e.g. answer telephone inquiries, file, etc. Assists customers withproblems on existing accounts. Perform file maintenance. Required towork at least 2 Saturdays per month and fill in at any office as needed.Performs related and unrelated duties as needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh School Diploma. Customer contact experience. Capability to performbasic math procedures. Excellent communication, problem solving andorganizational skills. Demonstrated sales ability. High degree ofaccuracy and attention to detail. Technologically proficient. To performthis job successfully, an individual must be able to perform eachessential duty satisfactorily.
