The Sourcing Execution Analyst will work as a key member of the Technology Sourcing and Contracting Team on the Accenture Internal Account. Within this position the candidate will be responsible for supporting sourcing and contracting projects and independently managing low- medium complexity value sourcing projects and price negotiations. With some existing IT procurement knowledge, this position will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to further develop her/ his specialized skills within the Sourcing & Contracting area.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

　　• Support sourcing & contracting projects across multiple IT Services and sub-categories in the English and French language.

　　• Engage with customers to drive and communicate progress

　　• Independently manage low to medium value sourcing projects / obtain quotations and customer specifications incl managing simple RFP processes

　　• Manage simple, standard contracting process with various IT suppliers with the support of Legal Counsel

　　• Support Procurement related data and document management requirements

　　• Independently manage price negotiations and ensure quality delivery of Statement of Work

　　The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

　　• A bachelor’s degree

　　• Procurement sourcing experience of at least 1 year and an overall 3 – 5 years of work experience

　　• Experience in sourcing or spot buying in the IT category preferred

　　• Proven project management skills and ability to organize own work

　　• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint

　　• Excellent communication, organization /time management and problem-solving skills

　　• Knowledge and understanding of procurement sourcing and contracting processes will be a plus
