　　_Position Summary_:

　　Functions as a member of the procedural team by donning gowns and gloves, creating and maintaining sterile fields, and assisting physicians as required. Maintains supplies, instruments, and equipment and provides assistance with the care of perioperative surgical patients.

　　Essential Functions1. Gathers, sets up and breaks down equipment, instruments, and supplies.2. Assists with non-professional patient care functions before, during, and after procedures.3. Maintains surgical instrumentation in functional status.4. Maintains inventories, equipment, and work areas.5. Performs intra-procedure duties and functions.
