Duties:
Develop, manage, and update a variety of technical documentation.
Work directly with the customer in a highly collaborative, integrated environment.
Work with SMEs to development and publish training materials.
Works with customers in the development, preparation, and presentation of technical documents.
Coordinates, assembles, research, and reviews technical documentation both electronically and in hard copy.
Provides edits, analyzes, proofreading, and updated to technical documentation.
Maintains the status of writing technical documentation and sets timely dates for completion.
Applies consistent formatting and style throughout technical documentation.
Uploads documentation and provides maintenance to the online library.
Develop, edit, and incorporate video, audio, and graphics into technical documentation.
Contribute to and/or develop a Lessons Learned program that will capture and documents from various sources to include, but not limited to operations, designated cybersecurity special events, OneNote logs, topic research, and reporting in the Daily publication.
Provides weekly reports on the status of technical documentation.
Provide back up support for the preparation of the cybersecurity topics.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor's degree plus 2-years of relevant experience.
An Associate's degree plus 4-years of relevant experience.
A high school diploma/GED plus 6-years of relevant experience may be considered for individuals with in-depth experience that is clearly related to the position
Degree must be in Communications, Journalism, English, or a STEM field.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience creating training and presentation materials.
Ability to work with varying levels of personnel throughout the organization.
Preferred:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with customer Analytical tools
Knowledge of SIGINT processing
Familiarity with customer corporate tools
