　　How will you make a difference?

　　We are seeking a motivated self-starter Technical Trainer in our rapidly expanding services function. The role will be responsible for the development and delivery of training for our Collision Awareness System, mentor trainees and complete onsite quality audits. The training is provided to our customers and our internal team covering operator training, installation, and system maintenance modules. The training contains both theoretical and practical elements through hands-on training classes, online sessions, and/or workshops.

　　Where is the position located?

　　This position is primarily based in either our Fountaindale NSW or Eagle Farms, Brisbane QLD operations. The role will require you to travel both domestically and internationally working in both office and mine site locations.

　　What will your typical day look like?

　　Conducts technical training needs assessment by collecting information on employee skillsets.

　　Creates technical training programs according to requirements.

　　Provides training schedules and agendas.

　　Determines course content and objectives.

　　Evaluates technical employees and identifies areas needing improvement.

　　Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.

　　Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.

　　Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.

　　Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and reviewing publications.

　　Mentor and train onsite installation teams.

　　What do we want to know about you?

　　Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment

　　Mining Industry Site Experience

　　Intermediate ability with Microsoft Office

　　Auto motive Electrician Trade and/or Electrical / Electronic certification Post Trade – (desirable)

　　Heavy Vehicle Mining Auto Electrical Experience - (desirable)

　　Site Supervision Experience in Trades - (desirable)

　　Networking systems (LAN / WAN) basics - (desirable)
