　　As a Technical Recruiter at Pixieset, you'll have the rewarding role of connecting top talent with exciting opportunities, while directly contributing to our continuous growth. You will leverage your strategic sourcing and recruiting expertise to identify, attract, and hire exceptional individuals for key positions in Product, Engineering, and Design. Through effective communication and relationship-building, you'll provide an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers while owning the full-cycle recruitment process.

　　Your Impact

　　Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles simultaneously

　　Conduct comprehensive intake meetings to thoroughly understand hiring needs and role requirements

　　Develop and execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to effectively identify and attract top talent to Pixieset

　　Conduct thorough candidate assessments, encompassing resume screening and initial conversations, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring managers

　　Efficiently coordinate the interview process, guiding candidates through each stage with transparent communication and dedicated support

　　Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience

　　Lead departmental hiring syncs, generate weekly reports on recruitment performance and pipeline analytics, and deliver comprehensive progress updates

　　Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

　　Proactively build and maintain a network of professional relationships, continuously explore new recruitment methods, and devise innovative approaches to fill key positions

　　Conduct thorough research to understand and educate others on competitive comparisons within local tech market

　　Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Partner on TA-related initiatives, such as sourcing jams, recruitment assets, and process improvements to achieve strategic recruitment objectives

　　Role Requirements

　　3+ years of full-cycle technical recruitment experience

　　Expertise in developing and executing sourcing and recruitment strategies to fill technical roles

　　Strong technical sourcing skills and Boolean search techniques, with hands-on experience using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Dribbble, etc.

　　Highly adept at building strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers

　　Strong communication, interpersonal, and time management skills

　　Adaptable, collaborative, and employs a data-driven approach to recruitment

　　Ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines

　　The typical salary range for this position is: CAD $76,000 - $105,000 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
