This role involves managing the complete lifecycle of aerospace hardware projects, including component approvals and supplier coordination.Responsibilities:*Oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery.*Monitor and manage project milestones, supplier engineering requests, and inventory processes.*Address scheduling and budget concerns, applying data analytics for problem-solving.*Lead strategic meetings, define tasks, and report progress.*Collaborate with various teams to maintain project priorities and execution.*Provide regular updates on costs, contracts, and revenue impacts.Requirements:*Minimum five years of project management experience in aerospace hardware.*Skilled in contract management and negotiations.*Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and teams.*Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.*US Citizenship required due to the nature of the work.Preferred:* BS Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering*Project Management Certification (PMP) is advantageous but not mandatory.* Local to and ability to commute within Phoenix, AZ area.This 100% remote position offers an opportunity to manage complex aerospace projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package.
