Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
8 years of experience in program management.
5 years of experience in leadership roles with/without direct reports.
Preferred qualifications: 5 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
5 years of experience defining and driving key program metrics.
3 years of experience as a supervisor.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $164,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
Lead a team of regional Technical Program Managersfor pixel technical and certification efforts for multiple carriers. Analyze new 3GPP/carrier network features and gather operator requirements, provide guidance and feedback to engineering and Product Managers. Define key program metrics based on technical or program needs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive action to ensure program success. Develop, delegate, and lead corrective actions to address organizational issues.
Drive regional efforts on pixel carrier certification and product launches. Drive the analysis, planning and consolidation of regional carrier requirements, provide guidance and feedback to engineering teams and product managers.
