　　Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of the team.

　　Determine who customers are and communicate technical requirements to teams.

　　Identify product needs in technically complex areas, scope the requirements, and collaborate with Engineering to lay out the roadmap.

　　Work with others on cross-functional Software Engineering projects that cover a range of areas.

　　Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management and other cross-functional teams on project execution.

　　Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 24 months of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include 24 months in the following:

　　Databases: SQL, NoSQL Datastores (MongoDB)Strategic implementation and planning for risk and growthChange Management and Project Management method and toolkitsAgile delivery methodologies and managing sprint-based deliveriesJIRA, Agile Central, BCM, Service First and ServiceNow.Public Compensation:
