Technical Program Manager Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional infrastructure information technology programs in a matrix organization.
Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery of technical hardware and/or software solutions.
Provide hands-on program management during the analysis, design, development, testing, implementation and post-implementation phases of projects.
Perform risk management and change management on projects.
Provide day-to-day coordination and quality assurance.
Drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions.
Drive product decisions to align with company initiatives.
Plan technical software and system hardware product requirements with internal teams and develop the project execution plan.
Oversee technical solutions and software development lifecycle and provide hands on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
Write code and develop software tools, applications, and systems to support the company’s large-scale infrastructure, systems and operations.
Take end-to-end ownership and display thought leadership across multiple organizations.
Manage complex ambiguous software products with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Build and develop teams based on business needs.
Position requires up to 20% domestic/international travel.
$239,217.74/year to $263,000.00/year + bonus + equity + benefits Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Physics or related field and 72 months of work experience in job offered or in a technical management-related occupation. Experience must include 72 months of experience in the following:
Managing complex ambiguous software products with a variety of stakeholders, including senior leadership
Leading technical discussions and responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, decision-making and business impact
Communicating ambiguous, complex, novel technical problems and solution trade-offs to land cross-org impact
End-to-end ownership and thought leadership across multiple organizations
Establishing and leading teams through multidisciplinary relationships, including product management, data science, UX and engineering to define needs and support strategic planning
Data analysis in SQL
Software development lifecycle including Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and waterfall models
Working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products
APIs and developer platforms
Quality, security, privacy aspects of developing and managing Product APIs.
