Technical Product Consultant – Customer Support & Training

　　As a Technical Product Consultant – Customer Support and training, you will be responsible for technical and customer support of food pathogen products across the Food Safety business segment including investigating customer complaints and new product applications.

　　This is for our Romer Labs division which offers a broad range of innovative products and services covering mycotoxins, food pathogens, food allergens, gluten, GMO, veterinary drug residues and melamine. www.romerlabs.com

　　Responsibilities:

　　Provide comprehensive technical support, including on-site visits, to customers, sales staff, and customer service groups

　　Execute Validations and Applications in the MAR database, addressing customer requests efficiently

　　Deliver engaging technical presentations at industry events, seminars, and webinars.

　　Demonstrate troubleshooting skills, applying knowledge of, biology lab techniques, and computer software to execute experimental protocols and document results

　　Conduct hands-on product training for customers and internal teams, ensuring proper product utilization

　　Play a key role in supporting new product introductions, validation studies, beta site studies, and staff/customer training

　　Bachelor's degree in science related field

　　1-2 years’ prior experience in laboratory setting preferred

　　Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily tasks

　　Ability to travel 30%
