　　In your role, you will

　　Participate in the proactive analysis of training needs as well as in the validation and identification of approaches, tools, and training content.

　　Deliver training related to various health and safety topics and Bombardier health and safety standards.

　　Support subject matter experts in the development and review of learning solutions.

　　Work in collaboration with different function teams to implement learning strategies to ensure internal knowledge transfer.

　　Support the integration of new employees.

　　Support on-site organizational learning teams to understand skills issues, conduct organizational diagnostics and present recommendations

　　Reporting to the Organizational Learning training supervisor, you will be responsible for advising on learning solutions according to regulatory requirements, Health, safety, and environment. You will also participate in the development and maintenance of standardized learning solutions from the organizational learning service and stake holders.

　　In this new role, you will be required to work in collaboration with various teams and members of the larger organizational learning team, central and core Health and Safety and Environment teams. You will need to develop relationships with managers at different levels, from different functions and locations, suppliers and any other customers requiring Organizational Learning services.

　　As our ideal candidate

　　You have a diploma in occupational health and safety, industrial hygiene or ergonomy with minimum of 3 years’ experience in a health and safety advisor/trainer role in manufacturing environment. Aerospace experience is an asset.

　　You are a good communicator and can demonstrate impact and can influence.

　　You are comfortable collaborating and working in a team.

　　You have good analytical skills and are organized.

　　You can multitask and work under pressure.

　　You have a good knowledge of the French and English language (oral and written).

　　You have a good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
