Job Descriptions:

　　Provide repair & maintenance service for all types of chillers (Cabinet, Vertical chiller, etc.) of supermarkets & convenience stores in Ho Chi Minh City.

　　Manage the repair & maintenance (R&M) service providers for nationwide Modern Trade channels.

　　Partnering for creative solutions in logistics management with DTs, MT and SC.

　　Drive Operational efficiencies e.g. Cost Savings, Utilization of resources, alternate ways of working, effective R&M, etc

　　Consult & support technical issues for Modern Trade channels.

　　Provide chiller operating/installation instructions for new opening stores & on-site support upon request.

　　Responsible for cold chain management in Modern Trade channels & ensure the product quality.

　　Part of the Control team, propose innovation plans & implement for Modern Trade channels.

　　Manage all tasks related to R&M at central warehouses.

　　Control the quality of cold chain equipment (chillers, deep freezers, etc.) during loading & unloading process.

　　Control replacement materials at the central warehouse/workshop

　　Research new) technology of the ice cream cabinets & manage cabinet suppliers.

　　Lead cold chain improvement projects as assigned.

　　Cabient Tracking and monitoring – Strong Performance mangement

　　Team training on Cabinet management and system operations

　　Ensrue Cabient Guidelines implementation on ground.

　　Stakeholder management e.g. Legal, Fiannce Congroler, DT team, etc

　　Cabinet Capex approvals and partnerting with procurement

　　Job Requirements:

　　At least 3 years of experience in repairing & maintaining household refrigerators.

　　Industrial Expereience of cahillers/assets in other FMCG categories

　　Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering/HVAC

　　Good English skills with technical understanding

　　Proficient office skills (Email/Word/Excel)

　　Problem-solving skills

　　Team work, customer service mindset

　　Mature, disciplined, hard-working, responsible

　　Good analytical, negotitation & communication skills.
