Work you'll do/Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions using TypeScript as the primary language

Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development life cycle

Develop clean, efficient code based on specifications

Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting for increased efficiency

Conduct thorough code reviews and debug code as necessary

Perform rigorous validation and verification testing to ensure performance and reliability

Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and / or technical teams, including escalating any matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management

Independently and collaboratively lead client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

Managed Services: Operate services that provide ongoing maintenance, monitoring, and optimization for IT/Engineering applications products

Qualifications

Required

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

7+ years working experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role with a portfolio of projects where you are responsible for the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions

6+ years extensive experience in developing web applications using TypeScript

6+ years working with multiple front-end languages (HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript ES6) and libraries ( jQuery, React)

6+ years working experience with TypeScript on the server-side using Node.js

6+ years working with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, npm)

3+ years working with code versioning tools such as Git

6+ yeasr working with databases like (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) including creating schemas and optimizing queries.

6+ years working experience with back-end languages (TypeScript, Node.js) and JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, Node.js)

6+ years working with web servers (Apache, Nginx) and understanding of HTTP protocol and RESTful APIs

6+ years working in UI/UX design principles and ability to implement designs into interactive interfaces

Must be willing to work onsite in Cupertino, CA - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, and other days when needed

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been ad justed for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $132,000 to 210,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
