Job Description

A customer of Insight Global is looking for a Sr. Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their International Technology team. The team is currently building out a mobile application that customers will use for digital ordering and loyalty. The current solution in for US customers is home-grown and in-house, but the team is working with 3rd party vendors to host loyalty funds, logins, payments, order management, etc. The backend development team is working on creating all integration flows for this new vendor for the international version of the mobile app, and the frontend/UI team is using Figma and React Native. The Business Systems Analyst needs to be very technical so that they can document flows end-to-end (this documentation will ultimately be used by an international customer support team). This person will be writing stories for frontend visual designers and putting them into JIRA. We are looking for someone who has a full understanding of how mobile app development works. Ideally, we would like this person to have worked on full design of a new system in previous roles. It would be an extra plus if the person has helped with a new mobile app build out. Someone with consulting experience or who has worked in startup environments would also be a great fit for this team! The pay rate ranges based off years of experience between $65-75/hour.
