　　Your Role:

　　As aTeam Leader, you will lead the team and be primarily responsible for the overall coordination of daily operations to ensure safe, efficient operations. You will have the opportunity to:

　　Direct team efforts to achieve production and plant goals

　　Coach and develop team members

　　Allocate resources so that downtime is minimized
