ePS is hiring for a Team Lead, Professional Services North America to join eProductivitySoftware - YOU CAN BE LOCATED ANYWHERE IN THE US WITH ACCESS TO A MAJOR AIRPORT - Up to 30 % travel (domestic primarily).
Position Overview:
The Team Lead, Professional Services North America supports the Manager, Professional Services North America in guiding the team of professionals to deliver end to end software solutions built around our Enterprise Resource Planning, Management information systems and enabling applications. Our customers include a broad section of the industry from the largest multinational companies to mid-size operations. We are seeking an energetic leader who is passionate about customer success and solution delivery.
Job Description:
Oversee a virtual team, contributing to the team growth and maintaining consistency in solution delivery practices
Coaches the solution delivery team members to achieve their utilization goals, focusing on onboarding and cross-training methodologies
Develop and deliver Consulting Services for eProductivity Software to the packaging industry.
Develops and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, internally and customer, to realize customers KPIs
Provide exceptional, high customer satisfaction and enhance the relationship between the Professional Services Team and EPS’s clients.
Prepares/Reviews Statement of Work for sales opportunities
Serves as an escalation point to resolve client issues, including scope management
Works closely between cross-functional departments to meet client needs
Utilizes eProductivity Software consulting methodology and documentation to ensure ERP and industry-specific knowledge transfer
Job Requirements:
5+ years’ experience leading complex ERP projects, within a Manufacturing/ Packaging industry
1 to 3 years’ experience leading a customer facing team with demonstrated effective coaching skills
Excellent interpersonal skills including cross collaboration & active listening
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage and drive change
Ability to influence customers to see value in service offerings, becoming a trusted advisor
Travel is up to 30% with preference for candidates who live close to a major airport hub
Completed Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience may be considered.
Proficient in Spanish preferred
