About Team Lead Collaboration Platforms (M365)

  The Collaboration Platforms are part of the M365 offerings for Modern Workplace. The team is providing M365 Services globally to 70.000 users.

  The Collaboration Services such as services for surveys, collaboration on whiteboards and on SharePoint Online are supporting our users in their day to day activities.

  As Team Lead Collaboration Platforms (m/f/diverse) M365 you are responsible for creating concepts to further develop the Services in that area.

  This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As Team Lead Collaboration Platforms, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading an international team of technical experts and Service Owners

  • Delivering concepts for SharePoint Online, Survey and Whiteboard Tools and other M365 Services in the area of Collaboration within the framework of a given IT strategy and consideration of the system requirements of these areas.

  • Delivering concepts for Lifecycle Management in close alignment with stakeholders like Data Privacy, eDiscovery, etc.

  • Monitoring and driving the maturity level of the Services in alignment with the business stakeholders.

  • Assessing the integration capability of new features or Sub Systems into the overall System and coordinate the implementation.

  • Support in planning the economic design of the IT-System as well as determining the capacity requirements in alignment with other Teams, our Business, and the SaaS Provider.

  • Development of alternative scenarios and system concepts as well as having control and monitoring systems developed and introduced.

  • Provide advice on training activities and work with the User Adoption & Engagement Team, other internal teams and stakeholders on creating awareness about capabilities, opportunities and restrictions of the Services.

  • Ensuring compliance with Q, ISEQ and DP regulations.

  What you need to make real what matters.

  • You hold a master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable experience.

  • You have several years of relevant professional experience in IT and in international projects and / or international applications.

  • You have first leadership experience with the ability to drive a motivated team.

  • You have a positive and constructive approach with a focus on team development as well as a strategic mindset with a helicopter view and ability to plan

  • You have strong work discipline and customer orientation

  • Knowledge of SharePoint Online, Conceptboard, MS Forms or other Services in the M365 area is necessary

  • Furthermore, you have a service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on IT Service Management

  • You have excellent communication skills in English and German

  • You have in-depth knowledge in user adoption including training, change management and coaching or consulting.

  • You are a self-starter, capable of working with very little supervision and capable of taking initiative, with a firm understanding of the final goal to be achieved.

  Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards : starting from 2300 EUR brutto /month + VAR*

  *We are required by law to disclose basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised positions. We carefully consider your professional qualifications and experience in our compensation package and/or when offering you other positions.
