Job title: Team Co-rdinator

We are seeking a dedicated Team Coordinator to manage and support our team in project activities, inventory management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing procurement processes and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as UL 2900 and ISO 17025. Familiarity with procurement tools such as Ariba and SAP is required.

Your role:

Coordinate team project activities, track milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.

Manage and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels align with project requirements.

Support the team in regulatory compliance activities, specifically UL 2900 and ISO 17025.

Assist with procurement activities, including sourcing, ordering, and vendor management.

Utilize tools such as Ariba and SAP for procurement and inventory management tasks.

Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and regulatory adherence.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

2+ years of experience in a coordination or project management role.

Familiarity with regulatory standards (UL 2900, ISO 17025) is preferred.

Proficiency in procurement tools like Ariba and SAP.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
