We are looking for an adept Tax Preparer to join our team. Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, this role is part of the financial services industry and focuses on assisting clients during tax season. The role offers a short term contract employment opportunity. As a Tax Preparer, you will be utilizing your skills in accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, CCH ProSystem Fx, CCH Sales Tax, Drake Tax Software, Accounting Functions, Allowances, Customer Service, Data Entry, and Deductible.

Responsibilities

• Utilize tax software to prepare and submit client tax documents

• Provide exceptional customer service while addressing client inquiries

• Handle data entry tasks to keep client records up-to-date

• Perform accounting functions as necessary

• Use ADP - Financial Services and Drake Tax Software to manage client accounts

• Apply knowledge of allowances and deductibles in tax preparation

• Ensure compliance with CCH ProSystem Fx and CCH Sales Tax guidelines

• Maintain accurate records of client tax information

• Monitor client accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is necessary

• Familiarity with CCH ProSystem Fx is a must

• Knowledge of CCH Sales Tax is essential

• Proficient use of Drake Tax Software is needed

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions is important

• Understanding of Allowances is required

• Excellent Customer Service skills are crucial

• Data Entry skills are necessary

• Knowledgeable about Deductible is important
