　　YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

　　Own, develop and optimize our global direct tax & transfer price setup for our three businesses Leica Microsystems, Leica Biosystems, and Mammotome, with 70 legal entities and approximately $2.5B revenue, including:

　　Driving all direct tax related topics from planning to controversy, process optimization and risk assessment.

　　Overseeing tax operations, compliance and documentation in close cooperation with the respective local teams

　　Implementing and maintaining policies and value chain maps

　　Acting as the first point of contact for all relevant inquiries

　　Business partnering with internal and external stakeholders including complex financial analysis and modelling in order to support decisions

　　Contributing in cross-functional projects

　　Collaborating closely with the global tax & transfer pricing team at Danaher

　　YOUR PROFILE

　　Master degree in Economics, (Tax) Law, or Finance and preferably additional qualification as certified Tax Advisor (m/f/d), Chartered Financial Analyst or similar degree

　　A minimum of ten years of professional experience in tax & transfer pricing, preferably in a multinational company environment and/or international tax advisory firm

　　Excellent knowledge of international transfer pricing regulations

　　Experience with transfer pricing operations as well as managing large sets of data

　　Team player, process oriented and hands-on

　　Ability to think and solve problems independently / proactively propose solutions

　　Fluency in English, written and spoken, is a must

　　Reporting to the Global Controller, who in turn reports to the LMS CFO.

　　Fully remote setup is acceptable. Would have to bring you to Wetzlar for immersion, of course.
