Responsibilities:

Lead tax advisory, preparation, planning, and review for high-profile clients.

Deliver intricate tax planning and compliance services tailored to client needs.

Collaborate cross-functionally to create integrated wealth planning solutions.

Provide expert advice on various tax issues and leverage technology to enhance tax operations.

Cultivate client relationships and engage in business development while staying informed on the latest tax trends.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Strong tax experience, particularly with federal and state partnership tax returns.

In-depth knowledge of family wealth planning and equity compensation models.

Excellent research skills with the ability to apply tax regulations effectively.

Proficiency in handling complex Schedules K-1, foreign reporting, and multi-state filings.

Outstanding communication skills, capable of working dynamically while ensuring client confidentiality.

IT competency, especially with tax software and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
