　　We are looking for a dedicated individual to join us as a Talent Solutions Lead, Philippines, offering you a real opportunity to further develop your capabilities. You will be involved in a variety of projects and clients playing a key role in helping to craft the future of their companies.

　　Responsibilities will require you to think creatively to develop new and innovative approaches to solve for talent issues faced with clients. As a growth leader you would be responsible for taking our rewards, assessments and advisory solutions to clients thus delivering business results for the solution line and the wider Aon business in Philippines and Southeast Asia

　　You will be responsible for

　　Partnering with the Southeast Asia sales and advisory teams to originate, sell and deliver products and projects to clients in the Philippines

　　Collaborating with the PH commercial risk and health solution to expand client coverage and satisfaction as well as drive revenue growth

　　Demonstrate existing individual and Aon client networks to originate new business and lead proposal development

　　Project managing small scale advisory projects across talent and rewards

　　Participating in SEA initiatives and projects as a consulting team member and contribute to overall business strategy/growth

　　About you

　　Indicating a track record of success, you will be inquisitive, keen to learn and have a passion for data and business insights it reveals.

　　8+ years of professional work experience with a fundamental knowledge of HR subjects

　　Demonstrated experience in business development, sales and relationship management

　　Strong network of professionals from the HR community would be a distinct advantage

　　Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with senior-level executives and business clients

　　Ability to communicate people strategies and content in an organized and articulate manner

　　Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently

　　Strong research, analytical and critical thinking skills

　　Effective time management skills and ability to meet deadlines, including ability to multi-task

　　Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive

　　High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
