About the role
With significant growth across our Mining business, we have an opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator or Administrator who is looking to step up to an Advisory role.
You’ll be involved in a big part of the recruitment life cycle: recruitment briefings and preparing marketing material, talent searching & screening, as well as coordinating the applicants processed into the business.
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, you’ll work on and assist with a technical portfolio including engineering, design, project & technical specialists (and more) within the mining industry. You’ll be actively involved in implementing innovative and successful ways of sourcing scarce candidates and comfortable working with global recruitment tools and systems.

Qualifications
Successful candidates will need to possess:
We need someone who can work autonomously, be comfortable with some ambiguity, develop relationships remotely while working collaboratively as part of the Asia Pacific HR team.
At least 2 years experience in the Recruitment, Engineering and / or Mining industry, preferably within a large professional services firm, or with an agency that works closely with one.
Provision of high service levels to internal clients is essential, plus a professional and consultative approach throughout your work.
Attention to detail is critical together with strong literacy skills.
This role will see you coordinate vacancies across all of Australia as well as be able to support your colleagues as project work and demands require.
