　　Responsible for proactively overseeing compliance of tenant airport construction (TAC) projects at Miami’s five airports. Responsible for monitoring the project scope, budget, schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, and project communications as a representative and extension of staff for the Miami Dade Aviation Department. Responsible for developing procedures to be used by airport tenants during the planning, design, construction, and closeout of TAC projects. The Project Manager will supervise and mentor existing extension of staff and perform work under HNTB’s 4 for 4 protocol (Consistent delivery of quality work, on time, on budget, and to the client’s satisfaction on every project)

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Performs technical discipline tasks including research, reports, design, specification and plan preparation to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects.

　　Actively manages project scope, schedule and budget. Serves as the primary client liaison to bring the schedule, budgets and scope of work to completion and to the client’s satisfaction.

　　Implements the firm’s project delivery plan using HNTB’s Sophisticated Delivery Approach (SDA) on each project.

　　Develops project scope and fee quotation, and assists in the preparation of proposals and contracts.

　　Coordinates work efforts and reviews of work performed by project team. Supervises and mentors team to overall project objectives.

　　Oversees project staffing with departments, offices and divisions.

　　Performs other duties as assigned.

　　What You’ll Need:

　　Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant degree

　　8 years relevant experience

　　In lieu of education, 12 years relevant experience

　　What You'll Bring:

　　Coordinates with MDAD Program Controls on setting project cost and schedule baselines and provides monthly project updates to meet owners monthly reporting requirements to MDAD upper management and other stakeholders.

　　Coordinates with MDAD Program Controls and Finance Department to ensure tenants / contractors get paid on time.

　　Oversees TAC project staffing within departments, offices, and divisions.
