　　Major responsibilities

　　Uphold security, redundancy strategies, and back up

　　Configure, test, maintain, and install application software, system management tools, and operating systems

　　Partake in the design of information and operational support systems

　　In a proactive manner provide the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability

　　Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks

　　Watch and trial application performance for potential bottlenecks, recognize possible solutions, and function with developers to carry out those fixes

　　Deliver 2nd and 3rd level support

　　Conduct and keep an eye on all installed systems and infrastructure

　　Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution Requirements - Applicants who have experience with virtualization and containerization are preferred

　　Candidates with proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting various operating systems will be the best fit for this position

　　Experience with automation software is required for success at this position

　　Deep understanding of Cisco Networking

　　Expertise in Infrastructure security

　　Infrastructure Management experience desired

　　Solid networking knowledge is required for success at this position

　　Applicants who have experience with monitoring systems are preferred

　　Applicants who solid scripting skills are preferred
