This is a position with global grade 13This position reportsto Value Chain Transformation Owner - DriveYour responsibilitiesFamiliar with system integration setup between ABB SAP and 3PL; serve asthe key superuser to conduct testing when solution changes or newsolution rollout Monitor daily failures and resolve failures in SAP orfollow up with 3PL or other integration party contacts to resolve issuesCollaborate with cross function team members to identify if upstream ordownstream impacted by system integration failures and best option tomove forward if impacted Drive continuous improvements in systemintegration gaps Collaborate with other division similar role to sharebest practice and solutions to jointly achieve robust system integrationbetween ABB and 3PL Be able to create reports and review data toidentify deviations and process gaps Conduct training or informationsharing sessions to each relevant business function when integrationprocess changesYour background Bachelor degree and 5 years of relevantwork experience or Associate degree and 7 years of relevant workexperience or High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of relevant workexperience required Three or more years of experience in SAP or systemintegration support, working as a superuser or key user withprocurement, production execution, quality management...
