　　What you will be doing

　　You will be responsible to review, maintain and propose improvements for the Digital Risk and Exceptions Automated Identifier System and Automated communication System to alert the best individuals in the network that can act to resolve an exception or mitigate a risk of a Shipment. The Digital Control Tower department sits at the interface of Packaging Product Management, Operations, Customer Service and Quality. This is critical to ensure continual and proper compliance with all division, corporate and regulatory requirements.

　　PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

　　Review, Propose improvement and test the Risks and Exceptions Automated Identifier system (REAI)Review, Propose improvement and test improvements of the automated process to communicate identified risks and exceptions to who can take actions to resolve the exception or mitigate risk.Review, Propose improvement and test metrics to monitor quality of data for the REAIReview and propose improvements to available data consumed by the REAI

　　What your background should look like

　　Bachelor's degree in fields such as business administration, math, statistics, computer sciences, engineering or similar vocationsMinimum of 2 year of experience with automation or software development.Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writingExperience of SQL or other relational databaseKnowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and OutlookExperience of working with large datasets
