　　Provide overall IT support for multiple sites in office andmanufacturing environments. Includes planning, security, maintenance,troubleshooting, and support for IT systems and infrastructure of 50+servers. Provide end user support for 100+ employee population.

　　Essential Duties and Responsibilities

　　Analyze and assess the organizations network and computer system needs.

　　Maintain and support network, servers, peripherals, computers and users.

　　Support facility security systems including access control and videosurveillance systems including configuration and troubleshooting.

　　Maintain and support VOIP telephone system including end userassistance.

　　Oversee local area network.

　　Maintain backups of data, database and server images.

　　Monitor network and services, perform maintenance ensuring that allsystems are operating, and troubleshoot & resolve systems issues.

　　Install hardware and software, upgrades and repairs as needed.

　　Manage IT Helpdesk including support for workstations/laptops, printers,peripherals and mobile devices.

　　Oversee digital security.

　　Onboard users to network and support.
