  Position Summary

Sustainability, Climate, and Equity Sales Executive - Federal

Deloitte Consulting is seeking a top-performing, senior Sales Executive to expand our client base across our Consulting Sustainability, Climate, and Equity services. This individual will be integral in enabling our clients to build climate resiliency into the core mission of Federal Agencies. The Business

Our Sustainability Capabilities will help clients address several key challenges that they face today, including:

  • Resilience: Enhance organizational capabilities to identify, assess, quantify and prioritize climate-related risks to physical assets and operations/mission, as well as assisting in data and financial-informed decision-making around optimized resilience roadmaps and project prioritization.

  • Path to Net Zero: Provide clients with a modular, end-to-end solution that helps agencies: track emissions, evaluate current and future emissions levels, identify optimal abatement pathways, and prioritize activities and investments to achieve decarbonization goals and institutionalize sustainable operations

  • Nature Services: Design, develop, and implement approaches and technology systems that provide robust resource monitoring and management capabilities and deliver data-driven insights to inform climate mitigation and adaptation decision-making

  • Sustainable Infrastructure: Help clients navigate the challenges of aging infrastructure, climate-related impacts on infrastructure, transitioning to electric vehicles and fleets, meeting carbon-reduction goals, managing funding and policy changes, and promoting equity

  • Value Chain: Estimate supply chain emissions, identify sustainable sourcing alternatives, improve traceability through digital platforms and partnerships, and leverage waste management opportunities to improve asset utilization and meet emissions targets.

  • Equity & Environmental Justice: Engage stakeholders, embed equity into organizations, measure benefits, and track program efficiency to support clients at the intersection of climate, health, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.
