　　CHI Health Creighton University Medical Center - Bergan is a tertiary care academic teaching center and primary referral center for cardiovascular disease for the region. It is a high volume designated TAVR center with excellent outcomes. It performs a high volume of cardiovascular surgery including a wide range of complex cases and interventional cases.

　　The medical faculty is highly qualified with many years of experience, enjoys teaching, and is very supportive and inviting to the staff.

　　Responsibilities

　　$20,000 Sign on Bonus

　　As our Surgical Tech at CHI Health-CUMC Bergan now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiative and Dignity Health you’ll prepare the operating room for a variety of surgeries. We can’t operate without you.

　　The operating room (OR) runs as a team every person on the team has an important role that has a direct impact on the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.

　　Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization

　　Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you’ll be supporting

　　Adapt to the needs of emergency situations

　　Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient

　　Qualifications

　　Completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program

　　American Heart Association BLS is required upon hire

　　$21.80- $31.62 /hour
