SUPPLY CHAIN ASSOCIATE (12 Months Contract)
Job purpose:
This role will require experience in a broad range of Supply Chain processes, mostly executional, and close cross-functional and regional collaboration to successfully ensure un-interrupted supply of products to patients in Turkey.
This role will also require a close interaction with Quality Management Systems.
Responsibilities:
• Manage all locally derived NCs/CAPAs to Amgen global standards
• Assist and report on Supply Chain Key Performance Indicators
• Provide key updates to Country, Regional and/or Global leadership on status of projects
• Assist with LSP management
• Require and assume ownership of Finished Goods inventory in market ensuring adequate shelf-life and minimal inventory scrap due to demand variations
• Applies analytical skills to evaluate and interpret situations/problems using multiple sources of information: qualitative information, quantitative research and trend data
• Perform Customer Service tasks as a back up
• Perform Order in-take & management activities
• Customs Import Permits including communication with Amgen customers
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Education in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations.
• English and Turkish on minimum business level.
• The candidate will have a good understanding in Supply Chain processes.
• ERP expertise in Customer Services, Planning and Optimization.
Preferred Requirements
• GDP and GMP knowledge and understanding of pharmaceutical or bio/pharmaceutical regulations and business principles.
• Experience in Quality systems is preferred.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
