  Position Overview:This position is primarily responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Bank Capital Services and assisting office personnel to ensure processes and procedures are completed in a timely and efficient manner.  The incumbent provides direct support to management as the point of contact for internal and external projects, reporting, conference calls, training sessions and vendors who provide a product or service to Bank Capital Services.

  Primary Responsibilities:Supervises the clerical staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of documentation preparation, documentation review and funding and booking as contracts occur and responsible for the accuracy and reliability of the Edge and Lease Complete Management Systems data.Ensures that follow up on insurances are current, scanned and entered into the appropriate database and notifies customers when insurance has expired and forces placing insurance as needed.  Monitors the accuracy of rates, deal structure, document preparation and funding within Bank Capital Services.  Manages title processing and electronic liens.Assists senior management by coordinating and overseeing new projects presented to Bank Capital Services.  Processes various required documentation for Bank Capital Services based on business needs.Trains and conducts performance evaluations of assigned staff.  Upholds a high level of customer service among the assigned staff and monitors each employee's customer service skills with vendors, customers and internal Bank staff on a continual basis.Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.All employees have the responsibility and the accountability to serve as risk managers for their businesses by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing and monitoring the risk they encounter daily as required by F.N.B. Corporation's risk management program.F.N.B.   Minimum Education:BA or BS
