　　In addition to a project that will provide maximum experience and exposure in your desired field, the Hologic College Relations team provides opportunities to learn more about the company, network with leadership, and develop the skills needed to succeed in your future career.

　　The Design Assurance group ensures the safety and effectiveness are designed into, and maintained, for our products. We achieve this through expertise in design controls, risk management leadership, quality system knowledge, and change management. We are part of both new product development and on-market product activities.

　　Throughout the 10-12 weeks you'll have the opportunity to participate in the following:

　　Creating a formal training package for ENG-0042, Risk Management Procedure, and its related work instructions.

　　In addition, the intern may be tasked to work on risk management activities and sit on project teams to better understand our development and risk management processes.

　　We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Key qualifications include the following:

　　Able to work full-time over the summer months (May-August)

　　Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the internship

　　Rising Senior or Graduate/MBA student

　　Majoring in Engineering, Biomedical or a related field preferred

　　Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2/4.0

　　Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and time-management skills

　　Experience or exposure to working with MS Office applications (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Visio

　　Ability to work onsite at our Newark, DE or Marlborough, MA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided.

　　The hourly pay range for this role is $23 - $28 per hour. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
