Primary Duties / Responsibilities:Assist Account Managers with customer service support to Mideast area fluid and ingredient customers.Provide support for Mobile Manifest/Dairy.com , Salesforce Contact Management and PBI systems projects.Help monitor load quality and delivery performance through daily reports, performance tracking and analysis to ensure customer receiving standards are metAssist Account Managers to research and respond to routine inquires, requests, corrective actions and concerns from Mideast customers and help coordinate with other DFA departmentsParticipate in weekly status meetings and special projects as neededThe qualified candidate will be a junior or senior in the fall of 2024 with a degree focus in Marketing, Ag Business, Sales or related field.An Equal Opportunity EmployerEEO/AA/Female/Minority/Disabled/Veteran
