　　Minimum requirements:

　　Bachelor's Degree for substitute teacher roles OR ED174 waiver (Must be in junior or senior year of college in approved education degree program. District will also consider talent from overseas with a bachelor’s in teaching or talent that has classroom experience but does not have a degree evaluation yet.)

　　High school diploma for substitute paraprofessionals

　　Responsibilities:

　　· Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies

　　· Assist, support and work closely with the supervising district/school employees

　　· Assisting students on classroom topics/courses

　　· Building positive relationships

　　· Assigning or re-enforcing tasks and homework

　　· Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation

　　· Assist in building a classroom environment that’s conducive to learning and appropriate to the ability and interests of students

　　· Adapt to the various learning styles of students

　　· For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments
