Essential Functions Cleans, scrubs, strips, waxes, buffs and sweeps floors; vacuums carpets; responds to emergency clean-ups; replaces lights and ballasts; performs minor plumbing repairs. Maintains and performs minor equipment repairs; assists with major equipment repairs. Maintains security, locks and unlocks doors with keys and computer operated systems; monitors building automation and H-Vac systems; monitors boiler operations and boiler log. Restocks cleaning supplies; loads and unloads trucks at receiving dock. Sets-up buildings, Performing Arts Center and grounds for activities to including sporting events; assists students, faculty, coaches and members of the public as required. Performs ground maintenance, trash, snow and ice removal; applies salt/grit mixture to sidewalks and entries. Cleans entire school during summer months.
