Duties and Responsibilities * Responsible forprotection and control design for utility-scale substations for powerdelivery, solar, and wind applications. * Prepares reports,specifications, and drawing packages. * Review and approves projectsubmittals, and RFIs and support field activities during construction.* Provide professional and technical support to multiple Westwoodprojects. * Day-to-day support and input to internal and externalProject Managers. Required Skills * Bachelor\'s degree in electricalengineering from an ABET-accredited college. Required Experience *Familiar with applicable codes and standards (IEEE, ANSI, NESC). *Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.) a must. * Effectiveverbal communication and technical writing skills. * Ability to payclose attention to detail and check the quality of own and others\'work. * Ability to use sound engineering judgment. * Ability to managetime and workload effectively, which includes planning, organizing, andprioritizing with attention to details. * Minimal travel possible.Preferred Experience * 1-2 years of relevant experience * EIT/FEcertification or the ability to obtain certification within one year ispreferred. * Experience developing one lines, three lines, ACschematics, DC schematics, alarm schematics, communication schematics,wiring diagrams, and associated cable schedule preferred. * Experiencecompleting AC and DC load, voltage drop, and conduit fill calculationspreferred. * Experience developing equipment and constructionspecifications a plus. * AutoCAD and MicroStation drafting experience aplus.
