Overview

　　This is a remote position.

　　We are currently seeking a Student Success Coordinator - Re-Entry Advisor with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast paced, challenging work environment. This position is responsible for outreach, re-enrolling and advising students who have previously dropped from the University. The Re-Entry Advisor will work closely with the Financial Aid department and Academic department to identify obstacles that are hindering the student from re-enrolling; following the standardized university guidelines and procedures for re-entry.

　　Experience: - Knowledge of online distance education model and success strategies - Knowledge of customer service strategies and conflict resolution - Experience in post-secondary education preferred - Prior post-secondary admissions or re-entry advisor experience preferred

　　Experience:

　　Familiarity with student success and retention strategies

　　1-2 years sales experience including telephone appointment setting, interviewing and follow-up preferred

　　Experience in postsecondary education preferred

　　Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
