WHAT YOU'LL DO

　　As a dynamic and motivated Student Assistant, you'll be part of our HR team, which is responsible for the staffing of our consultants. You'll support us on various tasks, with a focus on coordinating our new consultants' data. In close coordination with our Recruiting Team, you'll keep track of the current CVs and all relevant entry data and bundle them for our purpose-staffing our new consultants on their first project at BCG. This includes maintaining Excel lists and our database together with our responsible Staffing Expertise Coordinator. Other responsibilities may include supporting our weekly availability survey among Associates and Consultants and handling the correspondence with our Consulting Team on recurring general questions.

　　You are enrolled as a student, ideally majoring in business, social sciences, or the humanities.

　　You are proficient in the MS Office package, especially Excel.

　　* Very good written and spoken language skills in German and English round out your profile

　　YOU'LL WORK WITH

　　You'll be part of the Staffing Expertise Unit, which is responsible for the staffing of our Consulting Team in Germany and Austria. The team's collaboration has always been characterized by respect, acceptance, and mutual trust. You will independently handle your own areas of responsibility in close coordination with colleagues from the Consulting Team and the Recruiting Team, and you can draw on the experience of your colleagues at any time. The different interfaces will provide you with interesting insights into other areas of HR. Whether during onboarding or daily business, the team and your line manager will be happy to support you at all times.
