Collaborates with all stroke team members to support datarequirements along with quality and process improvement initiatives.Major Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for all data analysis andabstraction for the stroke program supporting change management andprocess improvement for all aspects of the stroke program. 2. Appliesand appropriately uses performance enhancing tools in support of theimprovement process (cause-effect diagrams, flow charts, brainstorming), problem analysis (control charts, pareto charts, historgrams,run charts, financial analyses, etc.) and measurement. 3. Supportsprogram-wide performance improvement efforts through facilitation forimprovement to the stroke program. 4. Collects data and analysis data,reporting trends to the stroke team for review and action. 5. Supportsprocesses that contribute to efficient, cost-effective care for patientswho have experienced stroke. 6. Monitors and enhances the quality ofdata, analysis, and reporting. 7. Monitors the stroke patient clinicaldata registry utilizing predetermined criteria for patient inclusion. 8.Supports administrative goals of the neuroscience division and strokeprogram. 9.
