About Strategy & Planning Coordinator

  About the Role

  We are looking for a new member to join our South Cone Strategy & Planning team (Chile, Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay).

  The team is responsible for leading our long-term growth strategy, annual planning cycle, business forecasting, and governance of business cadences.

  This role calls for the following:

  Someone who loves and speaks data, operations and strategySomeone who can navigate a highly diverse set of stakeholdersSomeone with a high business sense that can understand complex problems fast, recommend a practical course of action and follow through

  What You'll Do

  Forecast business and financial metrics using econometric modelsBuild dashboards, run analyses and provide data visibility to business leadersImplement process optimization frameworksDefine solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach

  What You'll Need

  Full proficiency in English+2 year experience in consulting, process optimization, business intelligence and/or strategyStakeholder management and communication skillsExperience interacting with multiple teams, handling stakholders and making business decisionsKnowledge of statistics and comfort with SQLExperience with forecasting tools and its methodsExperience in defining solutions to complex, strategic topics with a deeply analytical and data-driven approach to issues preferred

  Offices continue to be central to collaboration and Uber's cultural identity.
