As a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Cribl, you will be apivotal player in overseeing our corporate service spend, with a primaryfocus on marketing, consulting, and professional services. This role mayalso involve assistance in other categories as needed. As a young team,you will be instrumental in shaping our procurement strategies andensuring that our service spend aligns with our overall Cribl\'sobjectives. What You\'ll Accomplish * Effectively capture andarticulate internal requirements to align with business needs. *Communicate proactively with vendors and manage supplier relationshipsto ensure alignment with our business objectives. * Drive supplierperformance to promote success and growth within our company. * Serveas a subject matter expert in performing data analysis related to TotalCost of Ownership (TCO), spend optimization, and cost modeling. *Collaborate with senior leadership to influence and guidedecision-making processes. * Negotiate contracts and costs with vendorsto ensure optimal terms for Cribl. * Manage vendor relationships fromprocurement to payment (P2P) and oversee the entire procurement cycle.* Develop and monitor procurement goals, ensuring they are in line withcompany objectives. What You\'ll Bring * Possess a strategic mindsetwith thought leadership abilities. * Strong communication,organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with provenleadership experience in a diverse and multicultural environment. * 5+years of experience in Category Management/StrategicSourcing/Procurement in well established companies * Strong negotiationand communication skills - self starter and change agent capable ofinfluencing strategy and decisions * Demonstrated experience forgingrelationships with executives, stakeholders, & suppliers * Ability tolead various financial analysis such as cost modeling, total cost ofownership, build vs. buy * Able to work with a high volume oftransactions in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in G-suite,Excel (can perform complex functions) , PowerPoint, Zip, Netsuite, Navanor similar systems Preferred Skills Hypergrowth company experienceEnterprise SaaS company experience Marketing category experience SalaryRange (\$111,000 - \$159,000) The salary for this role is dependent ongeographic location. The salary offered within the range described willbe based on the individual candidate\'s job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
